Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Juicy chicken breasts in a rich, creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan. Restaurant quality in 30 minutes!
📝 Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Sear in hot skillet 4-5 mins per side until golden. Remove and set aside
- Sauté garlic 1 min. Add cream, broth, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer 3 mins
- Stir in parmesan and spinach until wilted
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top. Simmer 5 mins
- Serve with pasta or crusty bread to soak up the sauce!
